Our address is : 1133 W Ocean Drive, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051 

We are perfectly located in the heart of the Middle Keys! Our little island is down a single road off of US 1 in Marathon. If you've already discovered Key Colony Beach you already know a secret most folks driving up and down the Keys don't even know about... congrats, you found us!!

 From US 1 (Overseas Highway) you will turn at the light for Sadowski Causeway. Turn at your first right onto W Ocean Drive... if you come to Havana Jacks it means you missed the turn and need to go back. 

 At the end of W Ocean Drive you will find the road naturally turns right... Sunset Park is immediately in front of you at the end of this road and Key Colony Point is tucked in on the left hand side just past the tennis court fencing. 

 Townhome Units 1-10 will be the first units on your right-hand side once you enter our property. You will park inside the covered driveway and enter through the foyer door. Guest Parking is available opposite these units next to the tennis court and is first-come, first-serve.

 Condo Units 11-37 will be past the townhome units... drive through the property and enter on your right just as you pass the enclosed dumpster area. Once you can see the pool you can then see a driveway going under the building. You may unload onto the carts provided to take the elevator up to your unit. Parking is assigned by Unit # underneath the building and is not in numerical order. Please only park in your assigned spot. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis just outside the condo building. Please do not park on any gravel areas.
